It’s January and we’re all very busy with our new year’s resolutions. Fruit and vegetables are flying off the shelf, the gym is crowded and we’re signing up for a course mindfulness or yoga. But.. For how long? Research tells us that 8 out of 10 people have new years resolutions but only 25% is able keep them the whole year. It also seems that our good intentions generally do not change compared to the year before.
