Good rituals during the year It’s January and we’re all very busy with our new year’s resolutions. Fruit and vegetables are flying off the shelf, the gym is crowded and we’re signing up for a course mindfulness or yoga. But.. For how long? Research tells us that 8 out of 10 people have new years resolutions but only 25% is able keep them the whole year. It also seems that our good intentions generally do not change compared to the year before.
